航港發(fā)展有限公司（簡稱“航港發(fā)展”）成立于2004年12月，是由首都機場集團、普洛斯（GLP）、北京航達投資有限公司出資設立的有限責任公司，全面負責北京天竺綜合保稅區(qū)核心區(qū)域——首都機場航空貨運大通關基地的開發(fā)、建設、運營及管理工作。
